Our AccuNip® nip stations are so versatile and so reliable, they continue to be applied in an amazingly wide range of web-based applications. What can you do with an AccuNip nip station? Here are some of the more common uses:

AccuNip units are available in three models with rugged cast iron or welded steel frames:
• Light Duty — 5,000 lb. (6 1/2" - 12" diameter rolls)
• Medium Duty — 10,000 lb. (8" - 14" diameter rolls)
• Heavy Duty — 25,000 lb. (12" - 24" diameter rolls)
AccuNip units are also available with welded aluminum frames
• Light Duty — 500 lb (4" minimum roll diameter)
• Medium Duty — 2,000 lb (4" minimum roll diameter)
